WORSHIP TEAM AT CAMP

Here's a great big SHOUT OUT to the TVMers on our worship team who led worship at camp. It was phenomenal!

They led both Lifesavers and TVM. You guys were awesome. I look forward to increased growth and experiences in God! You guys ROCK!

Practice

Man i miss being able to go to practices with you all! i always have soo much fun and it helps me to grow but i guess being an adult has a lot of responsibilities and a job is definetly one of them. Being praying that God will provide a way for me to be able to start coming to practices again because I really miss practicing with you all and going through the great experience of hammering out a new song. But I bet you that practice has been a lot more focused since I havent been there to goof off...hopefully someone can fill those shoes while i'm gone.

Love you all!
Daniel

YOUR SUGGESTIONS?

Here are the themes for the next four weeks.  Please take a moment and list your suggestions for each theme.  I'd like to work on pulling the songs together over the weekend.  Thanks!

7.6 Hancock

Trying to find out who he is.

7.13 Sex in the City

After moving in together in an impossibly beautiful New York apartment, Carrie Bradshaw and Mr. Big make a rather arbitrary decision to get married. The wedding itself proves to be anything but a hasty affair--the guest list quickly blooms from 75 to 200 guests, and Carrie's simple, label-less wedding gown gives way to an enormous creation that makes her look like a gigantic cream puff. An upcoming photo spread in Vogue puts the event--which will take place at the New York Public Library--squarely in the public eye. Meanwhile, Carrie's girlfriends--Samantha, the sexpot; Charlotte, the sweet naïf; and Miranda, the rigid perfectionist--could not be happier. At least, they couldn't be happier for Carrie. Charlotte still has the unrealized hope of getting pregnant. Samantha is finding a loving, committed relationship more grueling than she could have imagined. Miranda unwittingly lets her own unhappiness--created when Steve admits to cheating on her just once--spoil Carrie's. After a heated encounter with Steve, she happens to spot Mr. Big and tells him he's crazy to get married. She's really only thinking of her own marriage. But her angry remark gets Mr. Big to thinking.

7.20 Dark Night

Joker appears in Gotham, creating a new wave of chaos. Batman's struggle against the Joker becomes deeply personal, forcing him to "confront everything he believes" and improve his technology to stop him..

7.27 X-files; I want to believe

Here is a current timeline of steps people will follow in joining the worship team.  Please read and comment, if needed.  Thanks!  I appreciate your input.

The following is a timeline of events when joining the Rock Church Worship Team

Happy Birthday, Travis!

Happy birthday, Travis! You are such a driving force on our team!
You bring support, leadership, ideas, an authority that flat out
worships and leads others to worship.

Suck the most out of today! LOL.

This is going to be your best year yet!

Today and next weekend

What an amazing weekend! You all were so transparent and "real."

It was awesome when Nahshon said, "Can we postpone the new song and do
it all live?" I love it! We are asking for challenge.

Next series is One Prayer...next week's series is "make us one."
thoughts?
