This week's shout out goes to Emily Tjaarda and Kyle Davis. They were at the church Saturday to help with all our needs at practice and turn the knobs to perfection! They tore down equipment and loaded it up early this morning. At 6:55 am, they along with other musicians headed out to Lynnwood where we ministered through worship.
Upon arriving to the venue, it turned out they didn't have an audio technician. Wow! Emily and Kyle worked wonders. They overcame many barriers to finally have everything working 1 hour and 45 minutes later (15 minutes prior to service but we weren't sweatin' it. We have the best team in the world!). Kyle went to the store and purchased the entire team water.
For all who weren't there, the service went awesome. There was weeping and a definite change in the atmosphere of worship. Thank you to all of you who stayed home and made today's service fantastic! Rachel, beautiful job directing the stage. Terryl, Zach and Robin...great job! BGV's...great job expressing yourselves (Dan, great facial expressions (-: ). Chris and Nash, you were solid and appreciated!
So Emily and Kyle, thank you for your tireless and selfless service. I honor you today. I know I can always count on you. You are now more than ever a part of the worship team, vital to the message and Life coming across the stage!

I would whole heartedly agree and say God Bless both of you abundantly. It makes such a huge difference when musicians don't have to stress about the sound also. I have been in that situation so many times. I was thinking about how great of a TEAM we have. Each person does their part and it comes together so wonderfully. It is a huge testimony to others! You guys are like the special teams in a football game. You make it happen and you make it possible for us to concentrate on worship. What a vital and important role you play!!! Thanks again!!! Keep being a blessing and know you are deeply appreciated.
There is no greater blessing than knowing that the music sounds awesome "out there" :-)! Especially when you can't necessarily hear it very well from the stage :-). Thanks for making us & God sound good! Be blessed!

We are blessed by you both. I know you both would give credit to the phenomic sound team and they deserve much credit for Sunday!
But as they say in remodelling, "A painters work accounts for 10% of the job, but dresses up 100% of the finished product!" Thank you both for taking the time and caring enough to make sure that what is coming through the speakers is "Dressed up!"
And just in case you were wondering, I think you guys far surpass what any painter would do percentage wise...quality and quantity!! Love you!
