Hey Team! Wow, what an amazing season we are walking in! I hope you were able to attend last night to hear how much Pastor Jeff and I love, value and appreciate you all.
I have compiled the suggested practice days that we spoke about at our last team meeting as well as Saturday night. It looks like the best day is Thursday and then Friday.
I am looking at moving our practice day to Thursdays. While I am talking to our Reach Team Director, staff and consulting the facility schedule, I would like to give each of you a chance to talk with your work, family and to consult your schedules.
Please let me know if you are able to make this day work.
To those here on this past Saturday evening, thank you for your grace! I announced the day change like it was already in place, prior to taking these logical steps! A great leader does not make this large change without allowing her awesome team time to rearrange their lives to fit! (-:
