There was a special request to Shout Out to Aaron again this week. His positive attitude is infectious, and he always seems to find the "pocket" =). He never has to be asked to give 110%, he just gives it, and does it with a smile. He brings a joy to the entire team, and we are so blessed to have him.
I agree with this post. Aaron, your leadership inspires me and puts wind in my sails (for lack of a far better analogy!). Thank you again.
I want to give a Shout Out to Donnie. He is our bass player in Jr. High worship. I am excited for him to increase his skill level, commitment and involvement so we can see more of him in the RC Creative Arts Department! This young man has experienced such growth in the past few months. Terryl quotes, "He is a role model to the rest of the Junior High team and his actions on and off stage are exemplary as the great man of God he is becoming."

wow thanks! I honestly can't think of another word besides "blessed" to describe how it feels to be on the same team with you guys. If I'm using a football analogy, I'd say that Sundays are game day for us and it's extremely encouraging to know that the team that's in place at the RC has the mindset for professionalism and to WIN! It flows down from the quarterback (PMEL) to the rest of our team. I love feeling that I'm on the same page as you guys and that we all have the same "end zone" that we're moving towards! We all play so many different parts and are such different people at times. It just blows me away how God needs just willing hearts to make a huge Kingdom impact. I love you guys and can't thank you enough for all the joy that you bring to me! The enthusiasm for ministty on this team is nothing less than phenominal -- you are the team that ROCKS THE FLOCK when you're JAMM'N for LAMB!! hahahaha see ya!
